REQUEST PROCEDURE:

1. Formal Email request with all requirements attached in PDF format, except Photo and
Signature.
Please provide as well:
1.1. Company/Billing/Shipping Address
1.2. International Courier Accounts (DHL, FEDEX, TNT etc.)
1.3. NO Courier account, please advise by email, to invoice you the shipping cost
1.4. Gratis shipping within Germany

2. You will receive our formal Invoice, after confirmation of no documents are missing and all
the same presented comply with the regulations.

3. After payment confirmation from our accounting department, you will receive the
Electronic- Processing Certificate (CRA valid for three months). The CRA allows seamen to
navigate while Full-Term has been received.

4. and the Full-Term once approved by the PMA technical, will be shipped in accordance
with given instructions within two to six (2 to 4) weeks after the application date.

ENDORSEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICERS (MANAGEMENT LEVEL)

1. One (1) color photography, 4 x 4 cm (shoulders and face exposed, not head covering,
white background) recently taken (no more than six (6) months), JPG Format.

2. Signature (Blank Ink in white background) JPG Format.

3. Original document: valid passport in case of foreigners, or valid identity card for
Panamanians.

4. Valid Medical Certificate according to: Regulation I/9 of the STCW’78, as amended, and
to MLC 2006.

5. Certificate of Competence issued (under Regulation I/10 of the Convention STCW’78, as
amended) by any State Party of the 1978 STCW Convention, as amended and not restricted by
PMA.

6. IMO 3.26 – Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties or,

7. IMO 3.19– Ship Security Office (Must be endorsed by Panama’s administration).
